Are European languages still available on a 701 after a 703 ROM flash?

Hi everybody!
I am currently fidgeting about flashing my shiny, beloved 701 to a 703 ROM, but a question remains : every 703 screenshot I see is either in English or Chinese, are any other languages supported on those ROMs? This might be important for accents, dictionnaries, and... General comfort 😊
