Wallpaper has black bar on side when using third party launchers

Good day,

I use Nova launcher and when I apply a wallpaper the wallpaper is not aligned properly and has a black bar on the right. (see attachment) I'm using a GRA-UL10 on build GRA-UL10C185B320 firmware. I'm pretty sure this can be fixed easily. Thanks.
