For all those having bricked Download Mode with FlashMods CustomROM or anythin else and want to upgrade to MM:
Finaly fixed it!
Download the system.img from here: http://ift.tt/292gnb2 (Post #15)
Place it on internal Storage.
Then start adb shell on PC - then type su and then: dd if=/data/media/0/system.img bs=8192 seek=53248 count=458752 of=/dev/block/mmcblk0
Just wait until the Phone turns off.
Now you should be able to upgrade to MM! :)
