a cant hear any media sound in the phone no mp3 music or spotify or youtube, but also i can hear the ring tones, calls and alarm, i try to reeboot the pohe, to check volume be at 100%, also i reset my phone one and still having the same problem, I also conect the headphone jack a lot of times and i cant hear any sound for media, what can i do :(
