I have a pretty major issue and if you could provide some insight that would be awesome.
I have purchased 2 galaxy S7 Edge, one for me and one for my wife, and despite being able to have phone calls with others (non S7 Edge users) the calls are crystal clear. When trying to call my wife, the call is squealled and echoed or just cuts off entirely.
Things I tried so far without any effect:
- Reset both phones (soft and factory reset)
- Verified that the mic and speaker (via diagnostic menu and with internet calls)
- wiped out all the applications to make sure that nothing hijacks the mic during the call
All these led to nothing.
If you have any idea or encountered this yourself, please add your opinion.
