automatic lock on display and lock off

like i say in name phone alone unlock display or lock it like power buton is jamed or pressing evry 10 sec, and than say if you want turn off phone press power button +volume up+volume down for 10 sec.and affter that it is same. so is this software bug or it is like i say buton is stuck :D
