Fast charging not working

I have a Quick Charge 2.0 car charger and I tried to charge my replacement Note 7 with it today and found that the fast charge did not kick in (the light stayed blue instead of turning green). I'm using an Anker Powerline cable with the phone.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas what the issue could be?
