Hi! i have been seeking on this thread for long to find a solution for ram management and shortage of app installing storage. but this thread couldn't help me.. but i have found a solution. You can use Apps2sd- All in one tool from play store. All you have to do is open the app and make a partition for adoptable storage. after that you can move all the apps you want to move. On marshmallow you couldn't move all the apps to SD. so just insall the apk. and there's a option in the same apk hibernate apps. by using this feature you can save minimum 200mb from memory. you can use turbo mode to speed up the phone! thankyou.
