i purchased phone from htc uk a week ago direct but i wont to get a refund as its faulty yellow screen and non responsive home button
htc uk are dreadful i have phoned and got through to a person who didnt speak any english
i set up a return online but i have received about 3 different address to send it back to :S
i payed with paypal so email digital river who the paypal payment is addressed to but they replied saying they dont handle the refunds:s
so i have now set up a paypal dispute/claim i think ive gone about this the right way?
this is worse then one plus support they where brilliant in comparison
anyone had a similar experience thanks
