How to replace Recovery with another recovery?

In an attempt to root my device I flashed a custom recovery using windroid toolkit. Whenever I boot into recovery, my phone Bricks. 1) Will flashing another recovery replace the previous one?
2) How to get back stock recovery.
3) What happens to this recovery if I relock my Bootloader?

Device: HTC- Desire 820u ( Dual - Sim )
