Hi there. I purchased my Samsung galaxy tab s 10.5 (SM-T800) off of ebay. The seller that i bought it from has it running on cyanogenmod "12.1-20160529-NIGHTLY-chagallwifi" version and the tablet is on android 5.1.1. Anyway, i'd like to restore the tablet back to the stock samsung software/firmware. I was told by the person i bought it from that I should be able to just use the samsung smart switch program on my mac but i cant get it to recognize the tablet to where it'll allow me to proceed, no matter what USB mode i put it in. I have also tried different versions of smartswitch.
So basically I need some fairly straight forward instructions on how I can get the stock firmware uploaded on this thing. I'm currently on a mac running osx 10.11 el Capitan.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
