I recently broke my Nexus6p and brought it to Telus and they had it sent to Huawei for repairs.
Now I rerooted my phone and there is now a horizontal touch deadzone on the screen around the middle of the screen that takes up about 15% of it (took a screenshot to show).

I think this may be a software issue as the area of the screen was working when I first got the phone back, it was only until after rooting that I noticed this issue however I have factory reset reflashed a new and old version as well as flashed a custom rom and restored the backup from before I rooted anything and nothing worked.
Is there anything I missed? Is there a way to check it this is even software related or if the screen died randomly after having it for a bit?
Thanks in advance!
