So I have a strange problem, I applied for the official unlock via Xiaomi, then ended up getting a replacement phone because the audio jack wasn't working. I thought I would try to unlock the replacement (same phone, Xiaomi Redmi 3 Snapdragon) - the unlock works however it appears to lock straight away after I've flashed something, meaning I need to do the whole unlock every time, is this normal?
So that's been happening for about a week, then today my phone goes into a bootloop with MIUI 7 Global on it, I installed it maybe two days ago. Now strangely enough, any MIUI ROM I try will have the same issue and I've done the full flash with MiFlash and a fastboot image, including the one I know I flashed about 2 days ago. However CM 13 works just fine. :confused:
I'm at a complete loss of what's going on here.
TLDR:
1) Have to unlock every time I want to flash, otherwise the bootloader is magically relocked.
2) MIUI will no longer flash, despite it working fine earlier tonight. I've tried 6, 7 and 8
