I've been a loyal fan of this site for a long time, and this is the first time I've posted a request for help because I'm stuck. I've already got CWM installed, backed up my rom, I have root....but for some reason I can't change the SElinux Mode.
I have been using Viper4Android for years, and I'm addicted to it. Without changing the SELinux mode I am not able to even install the driver. I have a feeling it's knox thats being a pain and causing this. So I installed Titanium Backup Pro, froze the knox files, rebooted....still same issue.
I've also applied all the zip files I could find that were for my version of android but for other models, supolicy.zip etc...same problem.
I have the newest version of SELinuxModeChanger installed, and it claims it cannot get root access.
I have the Canadian version of the S5, the Qualcomm G900-W8....
Any chance a new version of Xtrestolite will be released for MM for this model? That original ROM was awesome, it's just that now it's outdated.
