How could Chinese guys install note 4 N910F ROM on sprint Note 4 ??

recently i got my hands on a lot of n4 devices with N910F ROM but the boot loader says it's N910P and also this ROM get lte (1800) band to work may i find any explanation what soever to that and how did they even got that ROM to install on such device

Any ideas ???
