Help with volume slider color change

I recently bought an android double din Pumpkin, I dont know if it has a specific model number or something, but I want to know if there is a way to change the volume slider color or make the volume number bigger because when driving in the day I cannot even see the number since it is dark even with the brightness all the way up. I want to know if there is any mods that make the number bigger or change the color of the slider so that I can see it because I can go above vol 23 since from there it distorts with my car audio system.
