S7-701wa firmware

dear

i downloaded S7-701wa_FIRMWARE_Android4.1_C199B002_MiddleEast_Chan nel_05011UBC.zip

but when i tried to upgrade i got error in 90% upgrading

i also checked the log file and this error showing there
