[Q] How to make lock screen clock with bold hour font?

I want to make lock screen clock with bold hour like clock widget in Xperia Z3 (like the one in the attachments)
before making this thread I searched for hours but didn't find any method to do that
if someone know how to do it, plz help me. :)

my phone is neo v z1 superlative rom (4.0.4) rooted + cwm recovery mode.
