Need help relocking bootloader on the Moto g4

As the title says I can't get the bootloader to relock. Can someone possibly poselt a link or make a good on how to do this? I have the factory .IMG and have tried to flash it and everything seems to work however when I di fastboot OEM lock it does not work and then tells me that I need to flash the signed firmware again. Any help would be greatly aprefiated thanks in advanced!
