Send notifications by BT from new android phone to an old one?

Hello. I think that the title isn't clear enough, so let me explain. I live in a country where there's not much security on the streets, and phones are stolen very often. That's a problem if one has an expensive phone (such as a Galaxy Note). So I thought: "What if there's some kind of app that lets you pair two android phones via bluetooth, and one phone sends notifications (such as SMS, calls and Whatsapp Messages) to the other one (being "the other one" an inexpensive old phone, such as a Galaxy Pocket) ? ". I searched in google but couldn't find anything like that (in other words, it would be kinda like using an old android phone as a smartwatch). Can somebody help me?
