"Help" applictaion using up battery

In the process of trying to uninstall/remove all of the useless apps on my new Galaxy s7 edge I found that the "help" application used 20% of the battery since the last charge. The problem is I don't have to option to disable or even force stop it. Has anyone else experienced this, and, if so, has anyone solved it? I hate the thought of losing at least an hour of SOT to a useless application. Thanks. Attachment 3729604
