HBO Go picture quality

I just watched an episode of Game of Thrones with the HBO Go app and the picture quality was total crap, it looked terrible. As a test I booted up my HTC One m8 and it was crystal clear. I was watching over wifi on both. Netflix and Hulu look great on this phone, but HBO Go looks terrible. Anyone else seeing this?
