This is my very first time I'm trying to build a custom rom from source and following the guide in "http://ift.tt/24tbujn; xda university.I have downloaded virtual box and installed Ubuntu successfully.Also installed java jdk and adb tools.But can't do anything yet because an error message troubling me when entering this command " sudo apt-get install git-core gnupg flex bison gperf build-essential \
zip curl libc6-dev libncurses5-dev:i386 x11proto-core-dev \
libx11-dev:i386 libreadline6-dev:i386 libgl1-mesa-glx:i386 \
libgl1-mesa-dev g++-multilib mingw32 openjdk-6-jdk tofrodos \
python-markdown libxml2-utils xsltproc zlib1g-dev:i386"-"E:unable to locate package mingw32
E: package 'openjdk-6-jdk' has no installation candidate".I googled it and found some solution from Ubuntu but didn't help .I have tried all other guides but still facing this kind of error.
Anyone who have experiences building a rom please help me.Those problems are really stopping me from building a custom rom.:confused::(
