[Q] Is there a 5x5 touchwiz Mod for Stock Note 4 6.0.1 rooted ROM

Is there a 5x5 touchwiz Mod for Stock Note 4 6.0.1 rooted ROM?

The mods are for 5.1.1 only and does not work on note 4 marshmallow stock rom.
when I flash the mod the Touchwiz works in easy mode only.
